Sigma is an Australian healthcare company that operates in all facets of the pharmaceutical industry through its activities as a manufacturer, marketer, wholesaler and retailer. Sigma consists of two divisions:

Pharmaceuticals:

• Manufactures and markets company branded and licensed products including Sigma, Herron and Chemists' Own
• Manufactures, markets and distributes an extensive suite of generic pharmaceutical products under the Arrow name.
• Largest Australian contract manufacturer for Australian and international pharmaceutical companies
• Brand acquisition and development
• Leading Australian antibiotic manufacturer

Healthcare:

• Wholesaler and distributor of prescription and over the counter (OTC) products to over 4,000 pharmacies
• Banner management of Sigma's leading Australian pharmacy banner groups: Amcal and Guardian, and the Amcal Max brands launched in 2005
• Development and provision of private label (home brand) products for Amcal and Guardian
