New Business Opportunities

Sigma Pharmaceuticals is continually seeking new business opportunities to further develop and grow our business.

This commitment has seen Sigma expand its pharmaceutical business through the acquisition of numerous prescription and OTC products, manufacturing facilities and companies. As an example, Sigma has completed the following (not an exhaustive list):

• Merger between Sigma Company Limited and Arrow Pharmaceuticals Limited.
• Acquired the Herron and Chemists' Own group of companies;
• Acquired the OTC brand Ural;
• Acquired numerous prescription products such as Coumadin, Novatrone, Ativan, Oroxine; and many more;
• Entered into an exclusive Sales, Marketing, and distribution agreement for Klacid, Azep and many more.
