Sigma Pharmaceuticals is continually seeking new business opportunities to further develop and grow our business.

This commitment has seen Sigma expand its pharmaceutical business through the acquisition of numerous prescription and OTC products, manufacturing facilities and companies. As an example, Sigma has successfully completed the following (not an exhaustive list):

• Acquisition of Orphan Australia.
• Merger between Sigma Company Limited and Arrow Pharmaceuticals Limited.
• Acquisition of the Herron and Chemists' Own group of companies;
• Acquisition of the OTC brand Ural;
• Acquisition of numerous prescription brands/products such as Physeptone, Coumadin, Novatrone, Ativan, Oroxine; and many more
