From the Link Market Services web site you can:
- Access information about your securities including the holding balance, price/volume graph, annual report election
- Lodge a proxy vote for annual general meetings
- Subscribe to receive email delivered major announcements
- Access forms, e.g. annual report election, dividend instruction for, change of address notification etc.
Access is via a secure login using your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and surname/company name and postcode/country code.
The following forms are available on the Link Market Services web site:
- amalgamation of security- holdings
- annual report election *
- change of address notification *
- deceased estate forms
- dividend instruction forms *
- name correction request and indemnity *
- Tax File Number notification *
- off-market transfer form.

Sigma communications by email. Sigma believes everyone benefits from electronic shareholder
communication - shareholders receive prompt information and have the convenience and security of electronic delivery. Furthermore,
there are significant cost savings for the Company, and our communications are more environmentally friendly.
There are two ways Sigma shareholders can become electronic shareholders:
- Hard copy – by printing the pdf form here and returning it to us in a reply paid envelope
- Online - by visiting the Sigma website at Link Market Services
